Huevo de Tecnopor Escarchado - Glitter Styrofoam Egg

Hola a todos, aquí les dejo un proyecto super fácil, una idea para decorar huevos de pascua al estilo Shabby Chic. Hello, here is a very easy proyect, an idea to decorate with the Shabby Chic style our easter eggs.

Paso a Paso:

• Recortar algunos motivos florales para realizar un decoupage sobre los huevos de tecnopor. Pueden ser de servilletas o imagenes impresas. Trimmed some florals designs, and paste in the styrofoam eggs. You could use napkins o printed images.

• Poner cola en todo el huevo, menos en la parte de la figura. Put glue in all the egg, but not over the design part.
  
  

• Pasarlo por escarcha cristal y dejar secar. Put it into the glitter and let dry.

Muy fácil y divertido. So easy and fun.

Rosas y Regadera - Roses and Watering Can

Hola a todos, hoy es Sábado Rosa, hoy comparto con ustedes la sencillez y elegancia de la rosa, y mejor si es rosada.

La rosa en sí es la perfecta representante del sentir del estilo Shabby Chic, por la delicada imperfección de sus pétalos y la suavidad de su color.

Acá una propuesta, rosas del jardín en una vieja regadera, un pequeño arreglo que dará ese toque especial a nuestra decoración, tan llena de romanticismo.

The rose itself represents the perfect feeling of the Shabby Chic style, by the delicate imperfection of their petals and soft color.

Porta Torta de Mimbre - Wicker Cake Carrier

Les presento mi nueva portatorta, me pareció muy original al estar hecha de mimbre. Here is my new cake carrier, I found it very original because is handmade in wicker.

La espátula fue un regalo de matrimonio, tiene un bonito trabajo en la empuñadura. The spatula was a wedding gift, it has a very beautiful work in the handle.

Me gusta como se ve así al natural, pero creo que le voy a dar una transformación al estilo Shabby Chic, pintarla de blanco y añadirle algunas rosas...
I love the way it looks, but think I'm going make a Shabby Chic transformation, paint it in white and to add some pink roses....

Esta es una caja musical llamada "Symphonion", funciona a base de discos de metal que tiene pequeños agujeros, estos son los que dan las melodías.

This musical box called "Symphonion", works with a metal disk that have small holes, these are what give the melodies.

En la tapa tiene una bella imagen de niños cantando y tocando música en el jardín. Es muy antigua y todavía funciona. In the cover has a very beautiful imagen of childs singing and playing music in the garden. It's very old and still works.

Un pequeño acercamiento (lo encontré en el internet) de la bella imagen, ya que el salón era bastante oscuro y no pude captarlo adecuadamente con mi cámara.

This a closer view (I found on the internet) of the beautiful imagen, the room was a lit bit dark and can't adequately capture with my camera.

También había un hermoso piano, que lamentablemente le falta un poco de mantenimiento. There was also a beautiful piano, wich unfortunately lacked a bit of maintenance.

Completa el tour este encantador florero que me pareció muy interesante. Complete the tour this charming vase that I found very interesting.

Esta es una idea sencilla en donde podemos rescatar algunas macetas que esten un poco malogradas.

Sólo necesitaremos algunos retazos de telas Shabby Chic, y atarlas al rededor de las macetas con soguilla o alguna cinta natural.

Esta es una buena idea, es vez de pintar los maceteros.

Encontré esta pequeña almohadita hace unos días en una tienda, tiene unos hermosos detalles bordados en cinta, muy romántico, muy Shabby Chic.

"No hay nada mejor como el Hogar ... y el Hogar es donde está mi corazón"

Estoy buscándole el lugar perfecto para ponerla.

I find this pretty pillow a few days ago, it has some beautiful ribbon embroidery details; it's so romantic, so Shabby Chic.

Detalles para el Baño - Details for the Bath

Hoy nos toca darle algunos toques decorativos al baño,les muestro algunas piezas que junté para hacerlo un poco "Chic".

Today I give some decoratives touches to the bathroom, I gathered some pieces and put them together to make it a lite bit more "Chic".

Este es un pequeño bowl con una preciosas florecitas en tonos algo lilas. En el puse algunos jabones hechos de manera artesanal, con ingredientes naturales.

This's a little bowl that has carved out a small purple flowers. On it I put some handmade soaps, made of naturals ingredients.

Algunas cuentas de vidrios para completar el conjunto. Some glass beads to complete the set.



Añadí también una vela perfumada en un candeladro de piedra y algunas hojas de popurí . Also added a scented candle and some potpourri.
